Monday Mischief #13 - Rightful Place

Mr. N is a dog who knows what he wants and is willing to do whatever to get it. Case in point. Onyxx was lying in Mr. N's favorite spot on the bed. His favorite spot is under the covers, curled up by my left hip.

Onyxx was on top of the covers but it still meant that Mr. N couldn't access that spot. He tried several times but Onyxx wouldn't budge and he couldn't crawl under the blanket.

He then initiates wrestling with Onyxx. As soon as Onyxx is far enough away from his spot, he dives under the covers and claims his rightful place.

What stunts do your dogs pull?

  1. LOL with mine one will bark like there is an intruder. Then when the other gets up to investigate, the barker swoops onto the bed! Glad Mr. N got his bed back.

  2. BOL..That's pretty funny. I know where my spot is too, and I make sure I get it, no matter what.

  3. Funny. They each have their spots, but sometimes they are interchangeable - and Jack is not a snuggler, so as soon as Maggie start to climb in the bed with him, he gets up and leaves.

  4. Hi Y'all!

My Humans don't have room for 100 lbs of Chessie in their double bed, so I have my own beds...yes that's plural! I don't have to share with anyone!

    Y'all come by now,

  5. That's pawsome! My boy, Flash, always has to shove his sister out of the way when they go out the back door. I usually hold him back and tell him, "Ladies first". Patches, his sister, won't make eye contact when I call her in. If she doesn't look at me, she can't hear me. Hmph.

  6. Mr N,

Are you looking very yellow there, or is it just my eyes? :)

I jump on the bed and refuse to get off!! When Mum tries to get me off I go all floppy and she can't lift me! Tee Hee

    I hope you're having a fun day,

    Your pal Snoopy :)

  7. Lol, that's so cute! Leroy tries to distract by barking out the front window so we get up and look and he steals our spot!

  8. Chester will lay on top of Gretel if she is under the blanket and in the spot that he wants to be in :)
