Bait and Switch


Mr. N would like to file a complaint with the Bureau of Dog Affairs. He was explicitly promised a "walk" but instead was roped into taking Halloween photos. He thinks this is a bait and switch.

    Photo shoot under false pretenses! The horror, the HORROR! Although, I wouldn't complaint too much if there were treats involved. Maybe offer to settle your claim for EXTRA treats.... ;)
