The majority of children who meet Mr. N have no idea whatsoever how to greet dogs properly. They run up to him yelling "puppy" ...
Very nice holding your position, Mr. N!
ReplyDeleteWell done, Mr. N. I guess this is why Mom never takes my leash off....
ReplyDeleteLove and licks,
Cupcake
Some dogs are runners! Mr. N is pretty velcro.
DeleteYou are amazing, Mr. N. There is no way in heaven we would hold still if a squirrel ran by!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Emma! It took a lot of training and he sometimes still loses his brain over prey but he's pretty good overall for a terrier lol!
DeleteThose darn squirrels! They like to hang out at the top of the trees in my garden and toss down the pinecones at Edie. Well done for you Mr. N. to wait and not run after that squirrel!
ReplyDeletePoor Edie. Getting taunted by squirrels!
DeleteStrike a pose Mr. N!!! You have a beautiful coat - I lub it!! Way to show dem squirrels - you gots self-control!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mattie! He is super fluffy right now.
DeleteSQUIRREL!!!!! Yoda would have sprinted towards the furry intruder! Good job staying put!

DeleteYou look super cool and confident!
ReplyDeleteWow, what restraint Mr. N!
ReplyDeleteVery regal!
ReplyDeleteGreat attention there Mr N! Taffy freezes when she sees a squirrel instead of chasing it! Love Dolly
ReplyDeleteGreat stand!!
ReplyDeleteWow, good boy! (And good trainer!)
ReplyDeleteThanks! We've worked hard at it.
DeleteGood boy! (There'll be another along in a minute!) ;)
ReplyDeleteI'd so want to be chasin it.
ReplyDeleteExcellent impulse control, Mr. N! Obviously the result of great training.
ReplyDeleteLove & Biscuits,
Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them
Thanks! We put a lot of work into impulse control... it's a slow process!

ReplyDeleteJan, Wag 'n Woof Pets
Well done Mr. N.... we know what you were thinking, but you kept your resolve. #Pawesome I'm totally impressed.

ReplyDeleteNice job Mr. N! Your humans must be very proud of your self control!
ReplyDeleteGood job Mr. N! You sure have more patience than our pups here!
ReplyDeleteOh those little buggers! So much fun to watch!
ReplyDeleteMy photo would be a blur of pugs and Boston terriers running out of the frame. They're pretty good, but squirrels are in their own category!
ReplyDeleteJean from Welcome to the Menagerie
I love that N stands there when my guys would be climbing the tree and screaming! lol!
ReplyDeleteI love Mr.N's fur!
ReplyDeleteGreat job Mr. N!
ReplyDeleteGood job! Barley can only do that if I spot the squirrel first and remind her to stay--if she sees it before I can get a word out, all bets are off.
ReplyDeleteThe one demon thing in the world to me is the dreaded squirrel.
